1. Service Agreement

By using Corpovmihix services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Services Provided

Corpovmihix provides professional automotive repair and maintenance services in Mönchengladbach. All work is performed by certified technicians under industry standards.

3. Liability & Warranty

• Parts and labor are warranted for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first
• Corpovmihix is not liable for damages resulting from customer negligence or misuse
• We are not responsible for damage to vehicles left unattended on premises

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, card, and bank transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

6. Data Protection & GDPR

Personal data collected during service is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We do not share customer information with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Corpovmihix's total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution
